The Monroe Police Department arrested Larry Brown of Monroe for Burglary and possession of a stolen vehicle on 03-02-13.
Officers observed Brown enter a vehicle in the 1000 Block of US 165 and remove items from within the vehicle. Brown was also found to in possession of a stolen vehicle that he drove to the above location.
