FREDRICK S. COLLINS,
B/M : DOB: 11-22-1974 : 5’06′ / 145 LBS.
Mr. Collins has not been heard from since December 5, 2011. He is known to frequent the downtown area of Monroe, as well as the Texas Motel. He also suffers from Schizophrenia.
