Assistant Chief Otwell Presented With The "Employers Award" From LA Dept Of Veterans Of Foreign Wars
Assistant Chief Herbert Otwell received the Employer Award presented on the behalf of the Louisiana Department of Veterans of Foreign War for his tenure as Interim Chief of Police with the Monroe Police Department.
The plaque denotes appreciation for dedicated and continuous support of military veterans employed with the Monroe Police Department. It was presented on July 12th with the highest gratitude and thanks for his support of All the American Heroes who served not only this nation as members of the military, but also as Law Enforcement Officers protecting local and surrounding communities.
