A vigilant neighbor in the 1200 block of Walton Street, awakened by barking dogs at 3am this morning, saw three male subjects (wearing white gloves) standing by the broken window of his neighbor’s vehicle. The group fled the area as police were called, but nothing appears to have been taken at this time.
