Devonte L. James, arrested for robbery (purse-snatching) and aggravated kidnapping.
This arrest is in conjunction with the robbery reported on Jan 18th at Pecanland Mall, which led to the arrest of Cassandra D. Washington.
James’ bond was set at $200,000 and was incarcerated at Ouachita Correctional Center.
