Raymond D. Williams, Jr And Christina N. Self, arrested for possession of a vehicle stolen from a Richland Parish elderly man.
CPL B. Waggoner, assisted by CPL C. Hodge, placed Raymond D. Williams Jr and Christina N. Self under arrest for illegal possession of stolen things after conducting an investigation of an abandoned vehicle in the 1900 block of Louisville Ave at 2am Jan 17th.
A third person soon arrived, saying Self has called him to bring gas for the vehicle. Williams and Self were observed walking down Louisville Avenue and contacted by police; both initially denied driving the car, but stated they had rode in the car.
The vehicle was determined to be stolen in Richland Parish from an elderly man.
