Trumaine M. Myers, Arrested For Possession With Intent To Distribute CDS-I And Traffic Offenses.
On Jan 9th, Officer M. Parker placed Trumaine M. Myers under arrest for possession of CDS-I and traffic offenses after observing a vehicle pass around a railroad barricade on Standifer Street.
Upon contact at the vehicle, an odor of burnt marijuana was detected, and Myers was advised per Miranda Rights. Following consent from Myers, a search of his vehicle revealed no drugs.
Myers also gave consent to search his person and further stated that he had marijuana in his pocket. 46 grams of suspected marijuana was recovered in 11 separate bags from Myers at that time.
