Michael D. Decelle, arrested Jan 8th, for possession of CDS-II and paraphernalia.
On Jan 8th, PFC B. Anderson, assisted by PFC K. Johnson, placed Michael D. Decelle under arrest for possession of CDS-II and drug paraphernalia, following a suspicious person investigation in the 500 block of Louisville Avenue. Officers were advised by a witness that two male subjects were looking inside of vehicles parked around the business and Decelle was contacted at that time.
Officers observed a syringe in Decelle’s vehicle and he was advised of his rights per Miranda. Following a search of the vehicle, the syringe was suspected to contain methamphetamine, at which time Decelle was placed under arrest.
