CPL G. Bauer, assisted by CPL J. Marlow (K9) and CPL J. Sturdivant, arrested Andrew K. Tolliver on Jan 3rd for burglary of a business in the 400 block of North 21st.
Tolliver was located in the vicinity and positively identified as the suspect, using video from the business to identify his clothing, and wounds from broken glass at the scene. The cash drawer was found near where Tolliver was located, and the money was returned to the victim.
